At Elizabeth Eye Care, we have an extensive range of frames and lenses available to support you and your families’ needs. Our expert staff will take the time to help you find the best frame for you

 

Elizabeth Eye Care is proud to be able to offer the GlassesSA program to eligible patients. GlassesSA is an important program that helps South Australians obtain low-cost glasses, or for those with serious eye conditions, no-cost contact lenses.

 

If you are not eligible for subsidized glasses, or wish to choose something else, we offer great deals on frames and lenses to suit your needs. We will take the time to discuss your options and to help you find the best solutions for your prescription lenses.

Patient Feedback


    Elizabeth Eye Care welcomes feedback from patients, their families or their
    carers about the quality of care that is provided within our optometry clinics.

    Patient feedback is important to us. It helps us to identify ways in which we can improve our services to the community. Patients and their families are encouraged to provide suggestions, compliments, concerns and complaints and there are a number of ways this can occur.

    What happens next?
    Compliments and suggestion will be forwarded to the relevant staff members. If your feedback is
    a complaint and you have nominated to be contacted, you will receive a response from the
    Australian College of Optometry within 4 to 6 weeks. The information contained on this form will be kept confidential. The personal information will not be used for anything other than the specific purpose for which you supply it.

    If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint to the ACO, it is your right to make a complaint to the Health Complaints Commissioner. The Commissioner is an independent statutory authority established to receive complaints regarding health service providers in Victoria.     The Elizabeth Eye Care (EEC) welcomes referrals from doctors, optometrists and other health professionals. To refer a patient to Elizabeth Eye Care you can either complete the form below or upload your own referral document. If you prefer, you can fax us on 7009 4229. Optometrists can also refer to EEC via Oculo by searching Elizabeth Eye Care or Tristan Glover.
